Comments: I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Dr.Lugo presented my options very clearly. Unlike many doctors these days he did not default to a CT scan. The surgery (incisional hernias) was uneventful and the recovery time was short. The whole experience from initial consultation to recovery was first class. Highly recommended.
